Position Type: Casual
Duration: June 2025 to November 2025
Salary Range: $28.33 to 34.23 per hour based on experience and level of post-secondary education.
The IT Tier II Technician is responsible for resolving user issues and providing desktop support either remotely or in person; resolution for single user break / fix issues related to desktop hardware and software installation and/or configuration. Working as part of a team they are involved in resolving multi-user issues as required.
Education & Experience:
Candidates must clearly demonstrate how they meet these qualifications on their resumes.
Other combinations of education and experience may be considered as equivalent. Subject to competition response the minimum qualifications may be raised.
