The role
You will lead the development implementation and evaluation of a range of projects and initiatives that improve the experience and cultural safety of our Aboriginal staff.
This is the ideal role for someone who is a great communicator and can manage competing priorities and change. Experience in managing all aspects of projects - from the idea to implementation is essential.
We need someone to bring their cultural capability and lived experience as an Aboriginal person to this role. As part of the recruitment process we will ask you to provide documentation to confirm your Aboriginality and your capability will also be assessed through the recruitment process.
