Are you a people person who thrives on smashing targets and being rewarded for your success Autoleague is looking for a full-time motivated Outbound Call Centre Consultant to join our dynamic Customer Relations team.

About the Role:
Youll be responsible for contacting existing Autoleague customers to secure vehicle service appointments. A strong focus on maximising customer retention by building value of our service operations and maintaining a high level of customer service and professionalism.
Your confidence on the phone and ability to sell and secure service appointments will ensure your success in this role. We are willing to train the right candidate.
Your focus:
- Build rapport with customers
- Clearly communicate service benefits
- Drive appointment bookings and hit KPIs
- Deliver exceptional customer service every time
No automotive experience No problem well train the right candidate!
What Were Looking For:
- A positive can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
- High integrity professionalism and a strong team spirit
- Experience in outbound calling or contact centre sales (preferred)
- A confident and engaging phone manner
- Strong computer literacy with the ability to multitask across multiple systems and software programs
- Proven sales skills including objection handling and closing
- A track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs
- Excellent attention to detail and strong time management skills
