Your Impact
As the Senior Business Process Analyst for AR and Contract Success you will be a key member of a highly collaborative team that partners with our customers and cross-functional teams including Sales Quoting Order Management Accounting and Revenue. Youll play a vital role in ensuring we continuously transform our processes and systems as you identify opportunities to drive operational effectiveness across the organization.

What Youll Do
Location: Hybrid Presence based near our US Hubs - Scottsdale Boston San Francisco Atlanta Sterling Denver or Seattle
Reports to: Senior Director Order-to-Cash
- Partner with teams responsible for credit collections cash applications billing and post-contract customer support to ensure seamless daily operations and continuous process improvements.
- Lead transformation initiatives across the O2C lifecycle instilling a customer-focused culture and championing best practices that elevate technical and operational performance.
- Gain a deep understanding of the end-to-end O2C process to design and implement effective internal controls optimize billing workflows and support automation efforts.
- Collaborate with the Enterprise Applications team to define and implement system enhancements fixes and new capabilities aligned with business goals.
- Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies trends and improvement opportunities. Use insights to support the development of a strategic roadmap that drives operational excellence.
- Develop comprehensive business requirements documents conduct gap analyses perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and maintain the ongoing transformation roadmap.
- Lead and support change management efforts across functions ensuring smooth adoption of new tools processes and system enhancements.
- Collaborate with a team of professionals responsible for day-to-day operations in credit billing collections cash applications and post-contract customer support
- Foster a customer-focused culture as you lead transformation efforts across highly transactional processes that deliver technical excellence
- Develop a deep understanding of the Companys order-to-cash cycle to design effective controls optimize billing processes and partner with Enterprise Applications to implement system fixes enhancements and new capabilities
- Leverage data-driven insights to proactively identify opportunities and support the development of a strategic roadmap that enhances operational efficiency and drives excellence
- Write business requirements documents perform git gap analysis create perform UAT and maintain the transformation roadmap for the organization
- Lead change management within and cross functionally
What You Bring
- 8 years of accounting and finance experience billing and revenue expertise recent experience with a publicly traded company preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of the organization and directly with our customers
- Advanced skills and expertise in Excel ERP systems and reporting solutions
- Collaborative leadership with a growth mindset and solutions-oriented approach who enables continuous system and process improvement through periods of hyper growth
- Proven ability to identify transformation opportunities within and beyond your core responsibilities and to collaborate effectively in converting those opportunities to high-impact scalable solutions
