Were looking for a technicalproject manager with deep experience in software development andinfrastructure projects to help us modernize systems and build scalable techframeworks across the business. From crafting detailed project charters anduser stories to leading sprints and aligning stakeholders this role will ownexecution from concept to launch.
Youll work closely withEngineering Product Design and department leads to streamline systemsprioritize initiatives and ensure on-time on-target delivery. What Youll Do
Lead end-to-enddelivery of IT and DevOps projects across the organization
Build detailed project charters success metrics timelines and risk plans
Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to gather technical and businessrequirements
Develop and groom user stories with clear testable acceptance criteria
Manage product backlogs and lead Agile ceremonies: sprint planning standupsretros etc.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to track progress remove blockers andresolve issues
Communicate timelines risks and updates to leadership through reports anddashboards
Own project documentation and leverage tools like Jira Notion Confluence andAsana
What You Bring
5 years experience leadingIT/software/DevOps projects in an Agile environment
Proven ability to write technical requirements user stories and projectdocumentation
Strong familiarity with Jira Confluence or similar PM tools
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
Deep understanding of SDLC Agile/Scrum and hybrid methodologies
Strong organizational and time-management skills in a fast-paced setting
Bonus Points For
Certifications such asPMP CSM or SAFe
Cloud platform experience (AWS Azure or GCP)
Background in business analysis or technical writing
