Greenfield Rehabilitation Agency is excited to expand our team at our newly acquired senior community in Markesan WI. Were currently seeking a talented and dedicated Occupational Therapist (OTR) to serve as Rehab Directora unique opportunity for a motivated OTR with leadership experience who is passionate about patient care clinical outcomes and team development.
As the OTR Rehab Director youll lead therapy services support and mentor your team and shape a resident-centered rehab program in a collaborative therapist-owned environment that values clinical excellence and compassionate care.

OTR Rehab Director Responsibilities:
Lead the rehab department with a focus on quality efficiency and resident-centered care
Supervise and collaborate with PTs PTAs COTAs and SLPs
Manage daily rehab operations including scheduling staffing and compliance
Deliver direct occupational therapy services as needed
Coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to optimize resident outcomes
Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations
Foster a culture of teamwork accountability and clinical excellence
Serve as the liaison between the rehab team and facility leadership
What Were Looking For:
Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR) in the state of Wisconsin
Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Strong clinical interpersonal and organizational skills
Passion for serving seniors and leading with integrity
Ability to balance administrative responsibilities with hands-on clinical care
Commitment to professional growth and continuous improvement

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school with a bachelors masters or doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy.
- License as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as an Occupational Therapist.
- At Least 1 years clinical practice experience.
