Table Games Dealer creates a fun and entertaining atmosphere while providing exception service to our players. Ideal candidates will have well developed interpersonal skills excellent math skills and the ability to multitask.

Essential functions of Dealer position:

• Complies with Indiana Gaming Commission Regulations approved internal controls as well as company policies.

• Greet each guest with enthusiasm and genuine family style serivce.

• Control pace of the game and inform supervisors of ant request or unusual play.

• Generate fun and excitement at all times.

• Exchange cash for gaming chips according to established required protocols.

• Responsible for game protection and game control.

Dealer requirements:

• Must be able to obtain and retain and Indiana Gaming License / and an Indiana Horse Racing Commission License

• Be able to stand and deal cards for long periods of time requiring visual mental and physical acumen

• Open availability-including nights and weekends

• Must be able to work in a smoking environment tolerating noise secondhand smoke bright lights and different environmental disturbances

• Must create an ideal atmosphere for players enjoyment
