In the role of Airas Academy Trainer you will be responsible for the initial onboarding of all new-starters at the Aira Academy. You will introduce new colleagues to Aira - our history our values and our mission.
Your work will take a holistic approach to managing and developing the Learning Cycle for Airas customer-facing professionals which will include initial introduction to the Airas ways of working as well as ongoing coaching through in-person facilitated activities and virtual learning.
You will conduct skills gap analysis prepare learning materials and evaluate results after each training session. You will also work closely with all of our customer focused teams to identify challenges they face in their role and create and implement training which supports increased productivity.
You will develop and deliver training programs that cover all aspects of the customer experience including product knowledge Aira ways of working and relationship management.
Aira is a fully integrated Renewable Tech and Clean Energy Heating company as such you will have the opportunity to observing business to customer interactions and provide constructive feedback to team members. Your collaboration with Management and Team Leaders will be essential to identify areas of improvement which will drive meaningful change and increased productivity.
This role is based Monday - Friday at the Aira Academy in Halfway Sheffield. The role is 40 hours per week with office hours of 8am to 5pm. You will need to make site-visits and travel to meet colleagues across the UK in which case you will be provided with the use of an Aira car or van. You will need a driving license and be happy to drive for this role.
