Job Description

Scheduling Manager Join a Purpose-Driven Team!

Are you looking for a career with a purpose A leading senior home care company is seeking a dynamic Scheduling Manager for our Westminster location. This role involves coordinating and managing caregiver schedules to ensure the delivery of high-quality in-home care services to seniors.

The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced service-oriented environments and has experience in staffing logistics or scheduling teams of 50 or more caregivers. What Youll Do

  • Manage the scheduling of 50 caregivers to meet client needs and care plans.
  • Coordinate schedules based on client assessments preferences and availability.
  • Proactively address and resolve scheduling conflicts callouts or emergencies.
  • Communicate timely updates to clients and families about caregiver schedules.
  • Track record and maintain schedule changes in company software.
  • Act as the main point of contact for caregivers and families regarding schedules.
  • Assist with identifying hiring needs based on scheduling trends.
  • Support internal staff with tasks such as document collection and file maintenance.
  • Provide input on process improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Participate in on-call/after-hours rotations (typically 2 weeks per month).

What Were Looking For

  • Experience in staffing logistics or scheduling experience in home care hospitality or similar fields is a plus!
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Quick problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in using scheduling software and multi-line phone systems.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
