Job Description
Vacancy: Retail Team Leader
Location: Hermitage Mall Paramaribo
Are you an experienced leader with a passion for retail and an eye for operational excellence We are looking for a Retail Team Leader who will be responsible for the daily operations of the store. In this role you will lead a motivated team ensure an exceptional customer experience and oversee inventory and cash handling processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the store team for optimal performance
- Manage inventory to ensure product availability
- Coordinate shift planning and staff scheduling
- Oversee cash register processes and step in when necessary
- Drive sales and provide excellent customer service
- Analyze sales data and implement strategies to improve performance
- Maintain store presentation and ensure compliance with procedures
What Were Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Store Manager Assistant Manager or Team Leader in retail
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Solid understanding of inventory management sales strategies and cash handling
- A hands-on and problem-solving mindset
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
