Content Moderator German Speaker

- Contract Type: Permanent
- Salary: Base salary of 1100 (x14 months) 450 per language bonus (x12 months)
- Meal Allowance: 1837 (net/year)
- Totaling in 20 800 gross per year plus 1837 (net/year)
- Schedules: Rotative shifts (24/7) with 2 days off
Your Key Responsibilities
- Review and moderate online videos content and complaints to ensure adherence to copyright and community guidelines.
- Update audit and manage content for a leading social media platform.
- Strictly follow accuracy guidelines to maintain platform integrity.
- Protect customer data and ensure compliance with all processes.
- Maintain broad knowledge of client products and services to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Your Profile
Required Skills:
- Fluency in German (C1) and English (B2)
- Strong PC navigation and computer skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Keen attention to detail and a dependable work ethic.
- Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-Have Qualities:
- Previous experience in customer service or content moderation (6 months to 1 year).
- Associate degree in a related field.
- Tolerance for repetitive tasks while maintaining high-quality output.
- Team player with an independent work approach.
- A professional and patient demeanor when handling challenging situations.
