About the Role:
Were looking for a highly motivated and skilled Fundraising Associate to join our team in Ahmedabad Gujarat. Youll be crucial in driving our fundraising efforts building strong donor relationships Proposal Writing and securing the resources needed to support our mission.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Fundraising Associate you will:
- Develop Compelling Content: Lead the creation of persuasive proposals engaging pitches and impactful presentations to attract and secure funding.
- Strengthen Donor Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential donors ensuring their continued engagement and support.
- Execute Fundraising Strategy: Play a key role in executing our fundraising strategy working closely with leadership to achieve our financial goals.
- Enhance Public Relations: Utilize excellent public relations skills to represent the organization positively and expand our network of supporters.
- Manage Communications: Develop and manage effective email campaigns and newsletters to keep donors informed and engaged.
- Understand Funding Landscape: Leverage your knowledge of the funding landscape to identify new opportunities and trends.
- Oversee Events & Campaigns: Plan execute and manage various fundraising events and campaigns from start to finish.
- Manage Multiple Projects: Effectively handle multiple fundraising projects simultaneously ensuring timely and successful outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in fundraising.
- Communication: Proficiency in both written and verbal English communication is essential.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of fundraising principles and best practices.
- Demonstrated ability in proposal writing pitch creation and presentation delivery.
- Proven experience in donor relations and strategy execution.
- Excellent public relations skills.
- Experience with email marketing and newsletters.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects effectively.
