Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Deputy General ManagerTalent Acquisition to lead our end-to-end recruitment engine for SAP and non-SAP talent. This role involves driving hiring delivery managing internal recruiters and supplier networks aligning with business goals and presenting data-driven insights to executive leadership. If you thrive in a high-volume high-stakes recruitment environment with Tier-1 client engagements this opportunity is for you.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Preferred Experience:
Prior experience in RPO managed service delivery or offshore delivery center (ODC) hiring.
Exposure to international markets (USA UK Europe Middle East).
Experience partnering with Tier-1 firms (e.g. Bosch Target IBM Infosys Wipro TCS KPMG etc.)
