Lending Solutions powers the global lending market. We provide solutions data and services across the entire lending eco-system for private and public markets with a global team that has deep subject matter expertise and a strong desire to foster our clients success.

Responsibilities and Impact:

Commercial lead of our Wall Street Office (WSO) Loan Reference Data (LRD) and Notice Manager (NM) businesses including software services and data sales. This position will also manage our combined ClearPar and Debtdomain business which respectively cover trade settlement and loan syndication. The role will be responsible for P&L customer engagement new product development marketing and overall business strategy. The role will be leading other commercial leaders across each business segment with a primary focus on driving profitable growth and the successful execution of Lending Solutions 5-year growth plan.

The successful candidate will be responsible for P&L customer engagement new product development marketing and overall business strategy. The role will be leading other commercial leaders across each product category and driving the growth and successful execution of Lending Solutions business. Client engagement is critical to the success of this role including engaging with existing customers and partnering with the Sales organization to drive new revenue opportunities. The role is responsible for defining the business vision/strategy to accelerate growth managing P&L and people strategy developing and implementing commercial strategies and handling aspects of business management relating to budget and talent acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Business Vision Defining business vision and strategy according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth. Responsible for business P&L and location strategy

• Deliver solutions that support the CLO market and Private Credit market providing market insights commentary and researchpublications across the commercial team to deliver valuable insights to our customers

• Commercials Developing and implementing commercial strategies that keep up with industry trends. Representing business at various client events industry conferences etc. Identify the alliances and acquisition opportunities that creates enhanced value for our clients

• Commercial EMEA & APAC aligning EMEA & APAC growth with the global growth of the business ensuring adaptability of our solutions to local markets and appropriate marketing and branding in region.

• Lead and develop a high performing team that fosters effective collaboration and partnership with our execution functions including Product Technology Revenue Professional Services Client Success and Managed Services & Operations

• Create a short- and long-term strategy for product development innovation market penetration and competitive analysis that allows the business to maintain and grow its market leading presence in the Lending market

• Deliver private markets strategy to complement of broadly syndicated loans solutions that meets the customers bespoke needs of the unique products in this space

• Ensure timely asset processing accurate trade settlement and thorough cash reconciliation to manage the control of assets in the lending space
