EOI - Manager Strategic Land Services
Are you passionate about leading impactful programs and driving positive change Local Land Services is seeking an experienced leader to guide the development management and implementation of a variety of strategic programs and projects.
- Advisory & Technical 38hrs Grade 8 ranging from $145378 - $168130 per annum plus super
- Temporary full-time role until end of December 2025
- Will consider candidates from all over NSW

About the role
Were seeking a supportive leader to guide the development management and implementation of strategic programs and projects for Local Land Services within the Greater Sydney region.
In this role youll:
- Provide strategic oversight and support to three high-performing teams Orchard Hills Biosecurity Offset Aboriginal Communities and Local Engagement to ensure the successful delivery of key objectives.
- Manage project budgets coordinate resources and foster strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Work as a member of the Greater Sydney Local Land Services Management Team including reporting to the Local Board providing high-level advice and contributing to the continuous improvement within the organisation.
About you
- You are a natural leader with proven experience in managing complex programs and projects
- You have a strong track record of supporting multidisciplinary teams to ensure they not only deliver but thrive.
- You love dynamic environments can tackle complex situations and are committed to delivering high-quality outcomes. In addition to your leadership and strategic planning skills you have a passion for mentoring and developing your team to achieve their full potential.
Must have a drivers licence and be willing & able to travel.
