Position Summary
The Policy Processing Associate is responsible for managing and processing insurance policies. This role involves reviewing applications for insurance making policy endorsements and maintaining accurate records of policy transactions. The associate works closely with underwriters brokers and clients to ensure that policies are issued and modified according to company guidelines and legal requirements.What will your job entail
Job Responsibilities:
Review and process insurance applications and policy endorsements.
Maintain accurate records of policy transactions.
Communicate with underwriters brokers and clients to resolve policy-related issues.
Ensure compliance with company guidelines and legal requirements related to policy issuance and modifications.
Assist in the development and implementation of policy processing procedures.
Provide excellent customer service to clients and brokers.
Participate in training and professional development opportunities.
Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals.
Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance.
Work Experience and Education:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration with 6 months to a year of related experience
Licenses & Certifications:
Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) is preferred

The target salary range for this position is $68200.00 - $68200.00 annually.The wage range for this role considers many factors such as training transferable skills work experience licensure and certification business needs and market demands. The pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Full-time roles are eligible for bonuses and benefits.
