Private Client Solicitor - Derby (Potential for Hybrid Working) - Up to 50000pa Profit Share
Are you an experienced Private Client Fee Earner or Solicitor seeking your next move
If you have a minimum of 1 years Private Client experience either as a Solicitor or a Fee Earner in the specialism then this is the role for you!
One of Derbys top Law Firms is now seeking a Private Client specialist to join the team and be part of their next phase of growth. This is an exciting position as there is a degree of autonomy on the table allowing you to shape the role as you see fit.

What youll be doing
- Managing a busy and varied caseload including Probate matters Inheritance Tax Trusts & the Drafting of Trust documents Lasting Powers of Attorney Wills Court of Protection
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Managing your dedicated support
What youll have
- Minimum 1 year PQE OR a proven background dealing with Private Client matters
- Technically competent meticulous with a wide range of private client experience
- Experience of using a legal case management system
- Have the get up and go to go out into the locality and generate new business
