About the opportunity
Are you a strategic HR professional with a passion for shaping organisational culture and driving impactful change Were seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to act as a trusted advisor to our senior leaders in the Technology and ePMO division delivering innovative people solutions that align with our business goals.
As a key partner you will collaborate closely with leadership to develop and execute workforce strategies foster a positive and inclusive culture and lead change initiatives. Your expertise will influence workforce planning talent development employee engagement and risk management ensuring our people practices support our business success.
Some of the things youll Do
Partner with senior leaders to craft and implement strategic HR initiatives
Build strong relationships across the organisation influencing at all levels
Use data-driven insights to shape workforce and organisational design
Coach IT managers to enhance leadership capabilities and employee development
Drive engagement and culture through targeted programs and change management
Support HR system optimisation and payroll processes and provide backfill to the Payroll Manager as required
About you
8 years of HR experience ideally in high-growth or tech environments
Proven success in HR business partnering organisational change and employee relations
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Ability to challenge influence and navigate complex organisational structures
Sound knowledge of employment laws industrial instruments and HRIS platforms (Workday preferred)
Experience in payroll services is preferred
