Job Description

At Learning Links we work with children who find learning hard. Behind every child who struggles theres often a quiet story of frustration worry and lost confidence. As a Lead Psychologist youll guide a team that helps rewrite those stories supporting children to feel proud of who they are and confident in what they can achieve.

Youll be one of two Lead Psychologists/ Team Leaders working closely with a team of psychologists provisional psychologists and assessors. Your role is as much about compassionate leadership as it is about clinical excellence. Youll create an environment where families feel heard children feel seen and staff feel supported to do meaningful work.

This is a part time full flexible role.

Whether youre stepping into leadership for the first time or building on existing experience were looking for someone who brings clarity care and a commitment to helping others grow.

In this role you will

  • Lead and support a team of psychologists provisional psychologists and assessors
  • Build a collaborative reflective culture where team wellbeing and child outcomes go hand in hand
  • Balance a manageable caseload with dedicated time for supervision and team development
  • Help shape a service where care is personal children feel safe and progress is celebrated

About you

Registered Psychologist (AHPRA)
Experience mentoring or supervising psychologists
Passion for evidence-based practice childrens wellbeing and trauma-informed care
Confident leading peer supervision and clinical discussion
Values collaboration empathy and clinical excellence
