Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to lead the development of an innovative experimentation platform for Amazon Devices marketing. This platform will serve as a central hub leveraging and integrating multiple downstream experimentation technologies. Your role will be crucial in creating a unified experimentation ecosystem that transforms how our marketing teams design execute and analyze experiments across driving significant improvements in operational efficiency and business outcomes leveraging AI.
Key job responsibilities
- Build and drive a multi-year experimentation vision and roadmap.
- Collaborate with partner teams and technical managers to move from vision to delivery by launching a steady stream of feature improvements and new products.
- Work closely with dedicated tech team and partner tech teams
- Partner with data science teams on machine learning and generative AI projects

Cross Devices Marketing Tech (XDMT) is a collection of product marketers product managers software and data engineers. Together we build the Devices customer experience on .
- 5 years of product or program management product marketing business development or technology experience
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
- Bachelors degree
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity sign-on payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
