Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field plus least two years of experience in data analysis database management or business intelligence to include at least one year of experience in a client-facing role providing technical solutions.
Special knowledge abilities and skills:
Proficiency in SQL and ETL tools.
Experience with Salesforce CRM reporting and dashboard development.
Working knowledge of data warehousing concepts and database structures.
Familiarity with data integration processes and troubleshooting connectivity issues.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce administrator experience.
Experience working with Microsoft SQL Server or similar database platforms.
Familiarity with data governance best practices and quality assurance testing.
Experience with API-based integrations or middleware platforms.
Exposure to machine learning concepts AI-driven data solutions or automation techniques is a plus.
Certifications in Salesforce SQL or data analytics are a plus.
Knowledge of vector databases or graph databases is a bonus but not required.
Additional Information:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting (40%)
Develop maintain and optimize Salesforce CRM reports and dashboards to support business operations.
Organize and maintain a standardized report library to ensure efficient access to key data.
Respond to ad hoc and specialty reporting requests providing insights to stakeholders as needed.
Design develop and maintain data sources used for reporting including Microsoft SQL Server data warehouse and other relevant systems.
Data Maintenance and Integrity (30%)
Perform ongoing data maintenance and implement projects to ensure donor database accuracy and consistency.
Manage and update account records contact details campaign appeals activities and other key data points.
Assist in reviewing and refining data entry policies ensuring adherence to best practices for data integrity.
Support the implementation of data governance policies to enhance data quality and compliance.
Integration (20%)
Assist with data loads ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data ingestion processes.
Develop maintain and troubleshoot integrations between reporting systems ensuring seamless data flow across platforms.
Collaborate with technical teams to enhance automation and data pipeline efficiency as part of ongoing system improvements.
