Job Description
Job Specification: -
- Performs and is responsible for all work carried out and certified within the scope of authorization privilege ensuring that all statutory regulations regarding aircraft airworthiness and company requirements are met.
- Ensures awareness of all company operating procedures and a complete understanding of all quality and technical reporting systems.
- Ensures that all maintenance and defect rectification in line maintenance including sub-contracted maintenance is carried out in accordance with standards.
- Ensures the issuance of appropriate CRS after satisfactory completion of all maintenance during day-to-day line operation.
- Implements safety policies and addresses human factors issues in maintenance undertaken.
- Ensures and monitors that necessary maintenance documentation is raised controlled and cleared following approved procedures before releasing the aircraft to service.
- Reports occurrences/incidents/significant defects/any un-airworthy conditions in the line environment involving aircraft/maintenance personnel to Shift In-Charge/Superior.
- Ensures knowledge of processes defined in Line Maintenance Procedures Manual relevant to the current position and compliance with the same.
- Maintains a smart and tidy appearance reflecting the company image.
- Shall discharge the functions of technician as per station requirement.
- Takes on any other duties and responsibilities assigned by superiors.
Qualification -
- Qualification: B1/B2 AME License (CAR 66 DGCA India) Type Rated License on B737-8
