About your day-to-day:
Your mission is to help us find and onboard the best tech talent. Youll be part of a dynamic team driving innovative recruitment strategies and ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
Your focus will be to:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier IT professionals through diverse sourcing channels such as job boards social media and networking.
Screen and interview candidates to assess technical skills experience and cultural fit ensuring alignment with company needs.
Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job requirements and create targeted hiring plans.
Maintain strong candidate relationships and build a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
Monitor recruitment metrics and ensure compliance with legal standards and best practices to continually improve processes and uphold integrity.
Job requirements
This is for you if you have:
Between 2 to 4 years of experience in the Tech Recruitment field.
Good understanding of technical roles programming languages and the IT industry landscape.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and work effectively.
Ability to rapidly learn and adapt to various recruitment softwares and tools.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and other stakeholders.
