Were seeking an experienced Association Business Manager to oversee operations for condominium and homeowner associations. This role acts as the main point of contact for Boards of Directors and residents ensuring successful day-to-day operations financial management and community satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations for assigned associations
Prepare and manage annual budgets and financial reporting
Attend and lead evening Board meetings; present manager reports
Conduct regular property site visits and ensure CC&R compliance
Oversee vendor contracts and supervise on-site staff (as applicable)
Coordinate newsletters meeting packets and Board communications
Handle resident concerns rule violations and conflict resolution
Track and manage billable hours (minimum of 75% of workweek)
Participate in after-hours emergency phone coverage (rotation)
Requirements:
Seasoned HOA management professional with proven experience
Strong communication organization and customer service skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to manage multiple projects with professionalism and accuracy
Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
Must complete M100 and obtain CMCA certification within 6 months (or as directed)
Preferred Qualifications:
CAI designation is a plus
