Inside Sales & Service Agent Commercial & Personal Lines
A small collaborative insurance agency is seeking an experienced Inside Sales and Service Agent to manage and grow a mixed book of Commercial and Personal Lines business. This position is remote but candidates must reside within driving distance of the Austin TX area for periodic team meetups and client/carrier visits.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and service a commercial book of approximately $210K in revenue with additional support on Personal Lines as needed
Handle inbound leads policy renewals marketing to carriers and quoting new/renewal business
Work with a variety of small business clients including landlords professional offices contractors and tech companies
Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with clients
Operate independently with support from a transparent and team-oriented leadership group
Qualifications:
Active P&C license required
3 years of experience in Commercial Lines; exposure to or willingness to learn Personal Lines is preferred
Proficiency with EPIC or similar agency management systems
Strong communication organization and client service skills
Additional Information:

Compensation includes base salary plus the opportunity to earn a percentage of managed book revenue
