Your Challenge
We are seeking a Systems Administrator with Windows and MacOS experience to support Scientific and Technical Intelligence (S&TI) analysis at the Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI) in Suitland MD.
Your Mission
You will provide specialized Cyber Security & IT support for critical intelligence systems used in parametric modeling engineering analysis and foreign material exploitation. This role requires expertise in high-end workstations advanced graphics laboratory equipment security accreditation compliance data loading and some Cloud administration knowledge .
Primary Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within prescribed timelines.
- Ensure change requests and trouble tickets are properly tracked in Service Now or Remedy AR.
- Maintain configuration management and lifecycle documentation of Mission IT assets.
- Provide recommendations for software updates and hardware replacements.
- Support desktop systems updates accreditation compliance and security authorizations.
- Assist in risk management frameworks and compliance with ODNI DIA DoD DISA Navy NIA and ONI policies.
What Sets You Apart (Basic Qualifications):
- Active DoD Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) security clearance and ability to obtain polygraph.
- Bachelors degree in a related field and 8 years of experience or a Masters degree in a related field and 6 years of experience. Additional trainings certifications or work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Active IAT Level II DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification (e.g. Security CE) or the ability to obtain within 30 days from offer acceptance.
- 5 years of Windows System Administration experience.
- Extensive knowledge of Windows hardware/software/network components.
- Experience with C&A DIACAP RMF ICD-503 and/or NIST Framework.
- Strong problem-solving troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Expertise in evaluating installing and maintaining IT infrastructure.
- Coordination with technology teams for service and application support.
- Experience with MS Azure Cloud Administration.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 years of experience with MacOS administration.
- Current MS Azure certification(s).
- Active DoD TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance.
