Job Description

Your Role & Responsibilities

Job Summary:

The QSHE Coordinator will assist Brenntag North America QSHE Leader in projects and coordination of programs to support continuous improvement and positive QSHE culture that aims towards safety excellence. Provide support administration and analysis for the operations group functional areas of QSHE Management that maintain Brenntag North America QSHE requirements in line with Global QSHE strategy.

Job Description:

  • Administrator of information on various Regional QSHE platforms (Database SharePoint Websites Programs Projects etc.).

  • Administrator for Certificates of Insurance Account Assignments and Conga documentation requests.

  • Preparation of North America QSHE performance reports and general KPIs interpretation.

  • Responsible for tracking permits and certifications.

  • Administrative support for BSP NA QSHE team.

  • Assist with QSHE projects communications and policy rollout as assigned by Senior QSHE Manager.

Your Profile

Education and Experience:

  • 1 years in project administrative coordination or related function.

  • Experience in EHS and quality control administration preferred.
