Job Description
Employ a variety of instructional techniques to engage all learnersDeliver innovative and experiential lessons units and projects which align to the MA CVTE Frameworks in ElectricalDevelop meaningful relationships with students that foster learning and self-actualizationProvide targeted whole group small group and/or individual instruction regarding a variety of Electrical principles in a fast-paced environmentSupervises student work on live or community-based projects demonstrating sound judgment to ensure safety quality and educational valueFoster competition and achievement by supporting SkillsUSA activities Maintain and foster on-task student behaviors through effective classroom managementMaintain timely record keeping via PowerSchool (student information and grading system) and electronic student competency trackingProvide after school assistance to students per contract and as neededPerform other duties as assigned in accordance with the Collective Bargaining AgreementProvide targeted whole group small group and/or individual instruction to students in Electrical
