At our company the Entry Level Outside Sales Manager will play a vital role in being the primary liaison with our customers. We take pride in the relationships we build and gaining their loyalty for long time service providers. Our team works within the telecommunications industry to increase customer base and sales revenue for our top tier clients. The Entry Level Outside Sales Manager will support our team by working with customers daily to ensure customer satisfaction adhering to best customer service practices and working with customers on their service needs.
This Entry Level Outside Sales Manager role is best suited for someone who is passionate empathetic driven and loves solving complex problems. We are looking for someone who is outgoing detail-oriented works efficiently under pressure and has an incredible knack for remaining calm and positive in all situations.
More specifically the Entry Level Outside Sales Manager will:
- Provide excellent customer service to every customer by informing and educating them about the brands and product details.
- Be the first point of contact for both customers to help solve product or service questions any new inquiries and customer complaints.
- Support our sales team by assistingin the sales cycle and presenting products that best suit customer needs.
- Identify any new market trends and inefficiencies to enhance the support customer service in market and improve the customer experience
- Work with a diverse team of individuals in a team environment and attend weekly meets that will suffice customer service skills
Entry Level Outside Sales ManagerQualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service sales or other related fields
- Proven experience build rapport and building relationships with customers
