Wayfair is looking for a detail-loving Assistant Producer to help bring our campaigns to life across TV VoD Cinema Audio OOH and more.
Youll be a vital member of the UK & Ireland Marketing team supporting creative production coordinating timelines and ensuring that every campaign asset is delivered on time to spec and on brand.
Whether youre fresh from an internship or have some early experience under your belt this is your chance to grow in a fast-paced creative environment while learning from some of the best in the business.
What Youll Do
Assist with the coordination and delivery of assets across paid media channels (TV VoD OOH Audio Cinema)
Support production timelines schedules and trackers alongside the Senior Producer
Communicate with internal and external teams to ensure specs formats and deadlines are crystal clear
Conduct quality checks and help traffic content to the right platforms
Maintain clear workflows version control naming conventions and archiving
Handle POs and invoices related to production costs
Take ownership of selected content projects youll have space to grow and lead
What Youll Need
Some experience or an internship in creative production project coordination or campaign delivery
Top-notch organisational skills and a strong eye for detail
Basic understanding of production timelines and media asset specs
Familiarity with project management tools (Asana Trello Jira were flexible!)
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
A can-do attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment
