Clinical Lead Nurse (RGN) Day Shifts 48500 per annum Step Into Leadership in a Beautiful Nursing Home

Our client a well-established and values-led care provider is looking for an experienced and confident Clinical Lead Nurse (RGN) to lead day shifts at their beautifully renovated home for older adults offering high-quality nursing and dementia care.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a nurse ready to take the next step in their leadership journey while still delivering hands-on person-centred care in a warm and thoughtfully designed environment.

Working 42.75 hours per week on day shifts you will be responsible for overseeing clinical care during the day supporting and guiding the care team and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of every resident.

The home features calming communal spaces a serene library a sun terrace and landscaped gardens creating a truly special place to work and live.

What Youll Need

  • RGN qualification and an active NMC PIN
  • Previous experience in a nursing home environment is essential
  • Strong clinical leadership and decision-making skills
  • A confident supportive presence on shift
  • Excellent communication and mentoring ability
  • A genuine commitment to delivering exceptional care for older people

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the clinical care team on day shifts
  • Ensure safe and effective care for residents with nursing and dementia needs
  • Support mentor and supervise nursing and care staff
  • Oversee medication administration and clinical documentation
  • Conduct audits and contribute to ongoing quality improvement
  • Work closely with families and multidisciplinary teams
  • Uphold high standards in safeguarding dignity and person-centred care
