Role purpose:
We are seeking a dedicated professional to champion high-quality teaching and foster effective learning of English. This role plays a vital part in supporting the broader objectives of the British Council contributing to its cultural relations mission and strengthening global connections through language education. Role Accountabilities:
This role supports the British Councils global English strategy by delivering high-quality teaching and engaging in ongoing professional development. Teachers plan and deliver tailored lessons monitor progress provide feedback and build positive relationships with students parents and colleagues. They also handle administrative tasks and support centre activities and marketing efforts.
Active participation in performance management and commitment to safeguarding including child protection and inclusion are essentialespecially when working with young learners. Teachers also help students connect with UK culture and values.
