Group Financial Crime Risk is responsible for delivering an overarching framework to manage the risk of financial crime which includes advice and oversight across the Group coupled with detection and intelligence led / data driven decision making within the function.

Lead the Groups Internal Investigations team in this role with high impact. As Manager Internal Investigations youll:

  • Lead the oversight of Internal Fraud event management and the provision of expert advisory and facilitative services across the Bendigo and Adelaide Bank Group.
  • Manage a small team of specialists to conduct forensic investigations of suspicious matters relating to insider crime in the organisation.
  • Develop and execute strategies plans and operational practices as they pertain to Internal Fraud risk mitigation with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Ensure high quality output and communication is delivered during and post investigation to senior stakeholders including exec and board level

Position description: Manager Internal Investigations Position

This is a permanent full-time position. We offer flexible work options that put our people first and a hybrid model of minimum three days per week based out of our Melbourne Adelaide Bendigo or Sydney corporate office. Due to the nature of the role you will be required travel across Australia on a case by case basis.
