With a new facility a re-energized team and leadership thats all-in on growth the Atlanta branch is gaining serious momentum. Youll inherit a solid book of business with strong operational support and be in a position to grow into leadership as the branch expands. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of $800K$1M in commercial maintenance accounts.
- Serve as the face of the company to clients building strong relationships and delivering excellent service.
- Identify and sell enhancement work and value-added services.
- Collaborate closely with the production team to ensure safety and service delivery standards are met.
- Partner with the branch manager production manager and business development team to support branch growth and retention goals.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of account management experience in commercial landscape maintenance.
- Strong customer-facing skills with a track record of relationship building.
- Industry knowledge and operational experience.
- Driven extroverted and proactivesomeone who represents the company well in the field.
- Culture Index alignment required.
Branch Growth Opportunity:
The Atlanta branch currently includes one account manager one branch manager two business developers and a production manager overseeing three crews. This position will join that core team with a clear opportunity to grow into leadership as the branch expands. The company is stable well-resourced and ready to invest in the right talent.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base Salary: Up to $80000
- Commissions: % on gross enhancement sales (with some exclusions)
- Company Vehicle: Provided for business use
