Preschool Director Lead Nurture and Grow with Seeds to Seedlings in Maple Grove MN
Are you an experienced and passionate early childhood leader ready to guide a dedicated team and shape a thriving learning environment Do you find joy in mentoring educators building trusting relationships with families and making a lasting difference in young childrens lives If so Seeds to Seedlings would love to meet you.
What Youll Do:
- Inspire and mentor a team of educators to foster a collaborative positive work culture.
- Ensure the center stays in full compliance with Minnesota Rule 3 licensing requirements.
- Build strong trusting relationships with families staff and the wider community.
- Oversee daily operations including staff scheduling enrollment growth and classroom support.
- Host center tours and help families understand what sets us apart.
- Create a joyful and safe learning space where children educators and families thrive together.
What You Bring:
- Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (Required).
- At least 5 years in early childhood care with 2 years in a leadership role (Required).
- Solid knowledge of Minnesota childcare licensing regulations.
- Strong organizational and leadership skillsyou thrive in fast-paced environments.
- A genuine commitment to supporting children educators and families.
- Must pass a background check.
