Essential Duties:
Performing tasks related to Disassembly of the products Shipping Receiving and/or inventory control
Sandblasting and painting valves and actuator assemblies Maintain workflow in accordance with established procedure.
Maintain adequate stock of prep materials (Paints Solvents and Blast Media)
Knowledge of Inventory Control: Parts needed quantity usage placing stock orders
Perform basic machine Preventative Maintenance including lubrication adding coolant removing and properly disposing of shavings and scrap materials
Move product using material handling equipment - forklift pallet jacks cranes etc.
Maintain excellent housekeeping in all shop areas by sweeping and emptying all garbage cans recycle bins chip hoppers and dumpsters
May require driving company truck to pick up and deliver products
Build pallets crates and package goods for shipping including weighing items on scales plus using UPS FedEx and other metering scales for shipping
Participation and involvement in Safety and Quality programs
Contact shipping companies to schedule deliveries
Excellent communication interpersonal and customer relations skills
Knowledge of analyzing evaluating diagnosing and resolving equipment and process related problems is strongly preferred
Pull stock parts from inventory both physically and in ERP system
Work with and identify parts and products by description and number
This job is demanding in terms of knowledge skills commitment and all other job-related qualifications. Urgency and pressure for prompt accurate results are routine. Multi-tasking and the ability to handle and manage interruptions is expected.
Regular and predictable attendance is essential for this position.

Education and/or Work Experience:
High School or Equivalent
2 years of experience in a warehouse /industrial environment
Proven knowledge of warehouse policies and procedures including ability to process through UPS Fed-Ex Motor Freight etc.
Excellent problem-solving skills
Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
