Job Description

Function of Analyst:
- To support the Manager Reporting and Analytics and handle a broad range of daily activities independently utilizing technical expertise and product knowledge:
- Process new business (on-boarding of cases)
- Execute system plan changes
- Perform other specific duties as directed by Account Executives and Manager
- Reporting and Analytics
- Pursue educational and technical studies required for next level
- Respond to service inquiries
- Prepare benefit and cost comparisons spreadsheets
- Provide assistance in managing renewal process
- Follow up with carriers or brokers to obtain outstanding information
- Update internal reporting systems and internal databases (BenefitPoint)
Qualifications
- 1-3 years experience depending on training and educational background
- Willingness to attain appropriate and required licenses
- Good problem solving and analytical abilities
- Experience with Excel
