Overview
Join a high-impact team supporting business-critical IT and finance operations at one of the largest beverage distributors in the U.S. This hybrid role combines financial analysis IT process execution and cross-functional coordination to optimize how technology and operations support the business. You will be directly involved in reconciling IT spend coordinating vendor processes tracking KPIs and helping shape financial decisions through data-driven insights.
This is a contract-to-perm opportunity with 3 days a week onsite in Miramar FL (TuesdayThursday) and 2 days remote. The position is designed for someone who is highly organized comfortable with large datasets and financial processes and interested in supporting the intersection between IT and Finance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather analyze and interpret financial and operational data from various IT and business sources.
- Track and reconcile IT spend invoicing and assist with budget planning across departments.
- Support IT financial operations including monthly spend reviews P&L tracking and forecast planning.
- Coordinate with stakeholders from IT Trade Development AP and Accounting to ensure transparency and compliance.
- Help identify opportunities to streamline automate or standardize data and business processes.
- Track and report on KPIs related to vendor management asset tracking and IT operations.
- Monitor financial exceptions and follow up on variances or issues.
- Assist in month-end processes aiming to reduce structural margin loss before close.
- Build documentation and reports to support leadership in decision-making.
- Provide excellent internal customer service and maintain relationships across cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Business Finance Information Systems or related field.
- 12 years of experience supporting IT/Finance processes preferably with exposure to SAP FICO or equivalent ERP tools.
- Intermediate Excel skills (data manipulation lookups pivot tables).
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration across virtual and onsite teams.
- Fluent in business communication and financial terminology.
- Must be based in Miramar FL or willing to commute 3 days/week.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in Finance Information Systems or Business Administration.
- Familiarity with GAAP principles and financial reporting.
- Experience reconciling IT spend in large organizations.
- Exposure to tools like SAP ERP systems and financial dashboards.
