Project Overview:

The TPM (Trade Promotion Management) & RGM (Revenue Growth Management) Digital Product team is driving a global transformation focused on building a world-class application portfolio that supports efficient standardized collaboration with our customers and partners. This transformation empowers business stakeholders to optimize trade promotion strategies manage promotional budgets and analyze the effectiveness of trade investments to fuel revenue growth and market share.

As a Product Owner you will be at the center of this transformationworking cross-functionally with global stakeholders engineering teams and business users. Your mission will be to shape the vision manage the product roadmap and ensure the successful delivery of digital solutions that enhance TPM and RGM capabilities within a global FMCG environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the product vision and requirements for the specified TPM and RGM digital products and components.
  • Collaborate daily with business and engineering delivery teams to resolve ambiguities answer questions and remove blockers that could delay delivery.
  • Deliver incremental value in each sprint ensuring alignment with overarching business goals.
  • Maintain a strong working relationship with the TPM and RGM teams to ensure business needs are continuously addressed.
  • Prioritize the product backlog to maximize value delivery and ensure team focus on high-impact items.
  • Create and maintain clear actionable requirements and user stories that address specific business needs.
  • Keep the product vision current and aligned with evolving stakeholder expectations.
  • Own the product roadmap and sprint priorities including follow-up and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensure compliance of digital products with applicable quality regulatory (e.g. Data Privacy GxP SOX) and cybersecurity standards.
  • Identify opportunities for business-led delivery and coach stakeholders on how to leverage technology effectively.
  • Actively contribute to operational excellence by supporting risk management efforts and facilitating or contributing to root cause analyses including coordinating L3 product support.
  • Oversee and manage the total cost of ownership for the product and propose cost optimization initiatives.
  • Support the implementation of Trade Promotion Management (TPM) and Trade Promotion Optimization (TPO) products.
  • Contribute to building a best-in-class application portfolio that drives standardized and efficient collaboration with customers and partners.
  • Support the broader TPM and RGM transformation by enabling development of promotional strategies budget management and performance analysis.

We are happy to hear from you if you have:

  • 5 years of experience as a Product Owner with strong preference for TPM (Trade Promotion Management) implementation and RGM (Revenue Growth Management) experience.
  • Proven experience in deploying Trade Promotion Management (TPM) and Trade Promotion Optimization (TPO) tools.
  • Hands-on experience with TPM products such as Xtel TPM Salesforce TPM and Visualfabriq.
  • Prior experience in the FMCG / CPG sector is highly desirable.
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban) and software development lifecycle.
  • Strong data literacy and analytical skills to interpret sales trends ROI and market performance.
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Management Engineering Information Systems or a related technical field.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across business and technical audiences.
  • High level of ownership proactivity and ability to work independently.
