Job Overview:
We are in search of a proactive Hospitality & Investor Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the company to investors providing personalized hospitality and ensuring necessary support during their stay.
- Coordinate specific hospitality actions with other departments and stay informed about investor activities.
- Communicate as needed with the management of the groups hotels or their representatives always aiming for optimal accommodation utilization and cost efficiency.
- Prepare and provide all necessary information and reports to ensure the continuous improvement of the departments operations.
- Managing feedback collection reporting and post visits follow-ups.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) mandatory;
- Portuguese proficiency highly preferred;
- 2 years in hospitality luxury travel corporate guests;
- Exposure to Internation business environments is a plus;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Organizational and multitasking abilities capable of handling simultaneous investor itineraries;
- Attention to detail ensuring a seamless experience for each guest investor;
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Sales Force)
