Project name: Operations Associate 2
Working hours: Working from 9am to 5pm EST Time Monday to Friday with 2 Candidates working a weekend split shift Tuesday to Saturday. (Depends on the client)
Salary range: $1000 - $1500
About the role:
We re seeking Operations Associates to join a growing healthcare technology company that s reshaping how patients access and manage lab testing. This is not your typical customer support role it requires technical aptitude strong problem-solving skills and ideally some healthcare-related experience.
You ll play a key role in supporting the daily operations of a fast-growing platform working closely with both internal teams clients and external vendors to ensure seamless service delivery. You ll be joining a team of four operation associates all based in PH the total company size is twenty two.
Key Responsibilities
- Lab Test Management
- Process lab test orders and ensure timely and accurate delivery of results
- Coordinate with vendors (e.g. diagnostic labs customers vendors) to resolve order or delivery issues
- System Monitoring & Issue Resolution
- Monitor internal dashboards for system delays or outages
- Proactively troubleshoot and escalate issues across multiple platforms
- Customer Support & Communication
- Provide direct support to customers via Slack email and internal ticketing systems
- Maintain SLA standards for response and resolution times
- Interact with clients primarily through chat with occasional voice support
- Operational Support
- Assist the Operations team with routine tasks to ensure smooth workflow
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support process improvements and documentation
- Use internal tools such as Google Docs and Slack for communication and task tracking
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Overall 3-7 years of professional work experience in a startup settings
- Experience in healthcare settings is a strong plus (e.g. insurance claims medical billing clinical support revenue cycle management)
- Experience in customer support roles at smaller organizations also welcome
- Strong technical aptitude; comfortable working across multiple systems and tools
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and adapt in a startup environment
- Excellent communication skills especially written communication via chat (B2 Level English Minimum - Business Professional)
- Familiarity with tools like Slack Google Workspace and internal ticketing platforms

- Candidates must be based in the Philippines
- Client will provide supporting equipment/software after 3 month probationary period
- Independent contractor agreement paid every end of the month.
