Tasks
- Monitor in-game activities to ensure a safe and fun environment for all players.
- Implement and enforce game rules addressing any violations or disruptive behavior.
- Collaborate with the development team to provide feedback on game mechanics and player experience.
- Assist players with issues they encounter offering guidance and support when needed.
- Host and organize in-game events and activities to engage the player community.
Requirements
- Passion for gaming and understanding of gaming communities especially within Roblox.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with players and team members.
- Attention to detail and ability to identify and address issues or rule violations quickly.
- Previous experience as a moderator or community manager is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends to meet the needs of our global player base.
