Job Title: Mechanical Production Engineer (Fresher)

Qualifications:
- Educational Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering from a recognized university or institute.
- Recent graduates (fresher) or candidates with limited work experience in mechanical production engineering are encouraged to apply.
- Skills and Competencies:
- Basic understanding of mechanical engineering principles and manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with CAD software and production planning tools is an advantage (not required for freshers).
- Good problem-solving abilities and a keen interest in learning about manufacturing operations.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude in supporting production tasks.
Job Responsibilities:
- Production Process Support:
- Assist in the planning scheduling and of production operations to meet manufacturing targets for radiator production.
- Work closely with senior engineers to ensure the smooth flow of production activities from raw material preparation to final product assembly.
- Machinery and Equipment Operation:
- Learn to operate and monitor production machines and equipment used in radiator manufacturing such as welding machines presses and assembly lines.
- Support the team in ensuring that machines are running efficiently and meet operational standards.
- Report any machine malfunctions or issues to senior engineers or the maintenance team.
- Quality Control Assistance:
- Assist in maintaining quality control procedures during production ensuring that the radiators meet the required standards.
- Monitor the production process to identify any defects or issues and suggest solutions under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Conduct basic quality checks and document production outputs as per quality guidelines.
- Process Improvement and Learning:
- Participate in continuous improvement activities and suggest innovative ideas to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Learn and apply process optimization techniques including Lean or Six Sigma to improve efficiency in the production line.
- Observe and report any inefficiencies or challenges in production processes to senior staff for corrective action.
- Production Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain daily production logs record data on machine performance and update production reports.
- Track and report any delays or disruptions in the production line ensuring transparency and efficiency.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the production maintenance and quality control teams to ensure the smooth functioning of the manufacturing process.
- Assist in coordinating with different departments to ensure that materials tools and equipment are available for production.
- Safety and Compliance:
- Adhere to all safety guidelines operational protocols and environmental standards in the plant.
- Participate in safety training and ensure that safety equipment is used while performing tasks.
- Assist in maintaining a safe and clean working environment by following safety protocols and cleanliness standards.
- Learning and Development:
- Participate in on-the-job training and professional development programs to enhance engineering skills.
- Develop a strong understanding of radiator manufacturing processes and related technologies through mentorship and practical experience.
