Job Description
HSE Manager
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 10 to 15 years
JOB SUMMARY:
The successful candidate will mandatorily possess good communication skills/soft interpersonal skills understanding of real estate domain along with Analytical and Presentation skills. The incumbent will oversee compliance of all HSE aspects for Residential/ Commercial projects (Group Housing/ High rise/Commercial/ Plotted developments etc.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare and review site safety plan and risk assessment.
Conduct safety inspection of work method machinery tools tackles construction power generation and distribution system etc.
Conduct safety campaigns and competitions.
Prepare and maintain safety statistics reports etc.
Impart safety training to employees.
Ensure readiness of first aid and basic firefighting.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor s Degree or Diploma in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical or bachelor s degree in physics/chemistry/Maths
or related discipline.
ADIS (Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety) or PDIS (Post Diploma in Industrial Safety) from State Board of
Technical Education recognised under State Factories Rules / BOCW Central Rules or Diploma in Construction
Safety Management from NICMAR would be preferred.
In depth knowledge of construction safety with minimum 10 - 15 years post-qualification experience in High-rise Building Construction projects.
