About Contify
Contify is a technology company that offers AI-enabled Market and Competitive Intelligence (MCI) solutions to help professionals make informed decisions. Its B2B SaaS platform helps leading organizations such as Ericsson EY Wipro Deloitte L&T BCG MetLife etc. track information on their competitors customers industries and topics of interest.
Contify is rapidly growing with 300 people across two offices in India. Contify is the winner of Frost and Sullivan s Product Innovation Award for Market and Competitive Intelligence Platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for quality of content on Contify s Central Market and Competitor Intelligence Platform
- Analyse and classify business terminologies update taxonomies and capture data in internal tools
- Identify and implement value-adding enhancements to current tagging models and taxonomies
- Work on daily targets within established timelines
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Economics Commerce Engineering or Business Studies (or a related field)
- 3 to 5 year of experience in a data analysis role
- Ability to deliver high-quality work while juggling multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and presenting ideas to leadership
- Commitment to following documentation requirements process workflows timelines and escalation protocols
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced creative and agile environment
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
Nice to have:
- An interest in business news (e.g. Mergers & Acquisitions Partnerships New Product Launches)
- Willingness or inclination to work with LLM (Large Language Model) technology and AI-driven prompts
- Strong analytical critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
