Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preoperative assessments and evaluation of patients.
- Collaborate with anesthesiologists to develop anesthesia care plans.
- Administer anesthesia under supervision during cardiac surgeries.
- Monitor patients vital signs and response to anesthesia intraoperatively.
- Contribute to postoperative patient management and pain control.
- Participate in daily rounds and case discussions with the medical team.
- Document anesthesia administration and patient outcomes accurately.
- Engage in simulation training exercises for skill enhancement.
- Attend workshops and seminars to stay updated on anesthesia practices.
- Support the education of junior residents and medical students.
- Conduct research projects under the guidance of faculty members.
- Maintain adherence to safety protocols in the operating room.

Required Qualifications
- Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
- Completion of internship or foundation year in a hospital setting.
- Strong foundation in basic anesthesia concepts and principles.
- Demonstrated interest in cardiac medicine or anesthesia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
