Job Description
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate of any field is acceptable;
- With at least 6 months of administrative experience;
- N3 Japanese Language Proficiency Level;
- With good communications skills;
- Knowledgeable in using MS Office;
- Knowledgeable with Salesforce Navigation
Responsibilities:
- Receiving customer requests for product activation implementation user- management. Clarifying requests helps customers complete any questionnaires needed.
- Submit requests to the implementation team using appropriate tools and processes.
- Track and follow up as necessary on the implementation request communicates to customers when it is completed.
- Provide regular activity reports to the commercial team.
