The objective of this role is to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of outcomes achieved through program implementation. This position will require collaboration with colleagues from Monitoring Evaluation Research and Learning as well as Policy Strategy and Quality sectors to bolster knowledge management and the utilization of evidence and research to inform decision-making and foster innovation. The position demands exceptional organizational skills a proactive approach to problem-solving and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication interpersonal and organizational abilities along with the capability to multitask within a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Design and Implementing Organizations Knowledge Management Strategy and Framework.
Set up and launch the organizations knowledge management system including developing relevant guidelines and organizing existing and new knowledge products
Gather organize and catalogue knowledge assets including documents processes and best practices.
Create and maintain knowledge repositories and databases.
Conduct knowledge audits and ensure knowledge remains relevant and accurate.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration across the organization.
Promote communications and knowledge management standards processes and technologies.
Lead development and presentation of relevant information for evidence-based learning and decision-making.
Guide and oversee development of new knowledge management methods processes tools and platforms
Apply user-friendly focused approach to capture collaboration evidence and research utilization across stakeholders.
Participate in the design/implementation of monitoring and evaluation of knowledge management interventions.
Contribute to systematic identification of human stories case studies and good practices that have the potential to capture the attention of a wide range of audiences and partners.
Plan organize and facilitate knowledge management/sharing activities and learning workshops for regional and local government partners and other relevant stakeholders;
Monitor knowledge resources from various projects and identify resources that can add value to organizations knowledge repository
Evaluate knowledge management initiatives.
Design and Deliver Learning Programs and Training Materials

Identify learning needs and develop solutions to address them.
Support the development of online learning platforms and resources.
Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make recommendations for improvement.
Supports the Learning platform including content rollouts schedules enrolment reporting and system enhancements.
Identifies and arranges suitable e-learning training options and solutions for organization and partners.
Creatively design and implement effective solutions and platforms that can be used to for learning and sharing.
Work closely with ICT team to design and test the e-learning platforms and monitor its implementation.
Utilize learning forums and manage learning events to profile organizations works
Work closely with communications and graphic design team to make sure e-Learning materials are interactive.
Conduct Research to Identify Trends Best Practices and Areas for Improvement.
Analyse data and draw insights to inform decision-making.
Develop and implement research methodologies to address specific questions.
Communicate research findings to stakeholders through reports and presentations.
Stay current with industry trends and advancements.
Contribute to the development of a dashboard to visualize monitoring and evaluation findings.
Forecasting emerging research and data issues and fostering innovation in research data and knowledge management
Ensure some presentations for technical specialist audience includes more in-depth technical data.
Contributing to and writing research findings for publications papers presentations grants and other documents.
Identify potential authors for papers and other research findings and assist in commissioning and coordinating their work where requested and comment on their draft papers;
