JOB SUMMARY
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct routine audits across all warehouse and distribution locations.
Verify inbound and outbound merchandise against system entries and physical stock.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies in warehouse transactions ensuring transparent audit trails.
Monitor unresolved allocations and mis-tagged inventory in the ERP system.
Perform periodic inventory snap checks and report exceptions promptly.
Track and report warehouse transactions in ODDO (ERP) and highlight fraud or misuse patterns in collaboration with IT.
Maintain audit documentation and internal control records for regulatory and audit readiness.
Deliver weekly and monthly audit reports with key findings actions and follow-ups.
Track tagging merchandise handling damage trends and warehouse shrinkage metrics.
Participate in risk review meetings and support warehouse process improvement efforts.
WHAT TO HAVE
HND/BSc in Logistics & Supply Chain Management Accounting Business Administration or a related discipline
2 3 years of practical experience in warehouse audits inventory control or logistics operations
Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g. ODOO SAP NetSuite)
Advanced skills in spreadsheet tools (Excel Google Sheets)
Strong understanding of internal controls inventory reconciliation and audit standards
Certifications in internal audit inventory control or supply chain (e.g. CIA CICS CPIM)(Optional)
