Job Description
As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for generating sales through outbound calls, engaging potential customers, and driving revenue growth. This role requires excellent communication skills, resilience, and a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to sell products/services
- Clearly explain product features and benefits to prospects
- Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline efficiently
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in the CRM system
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and achieve targets
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent (a degree in Business or Marketing is an advantage)
